Following the success of the HTP-1 Home Theater Plate, Russound has added the HTP-2 for even greater versatility. Designed for a broad range of home theater installations, it supports 5.1, 6.1, and 7.1 surround sound systems. The HTP-2 includes terminals for up to seven speakers and two active (powered) subwoofers. It installs near your receiver or amplifier to make home theater speaker installations quick and clean. Fitting into a double-gang wall box, the HTP-2’s heavy-duty molded plate supports the weight of high-quality cables. Each connection is clearly labeled to allow easy hookup. Captive 5-way binding posts with hex nuts assure secure connections and accept bare wire, pins, spade lugs, and single or double banana plugs.
