| Maureen K. Baldwin, President Maureen K. Baldwin is President and owner of Russound. Under her leadership and inspiration, the company has become one of the most desired brands in its product sector. Building upon its core business of volume controls and speaker selectors, Russound has emerged as a  leading full-line supplier of A/V systems and connectivity products. Ms. Baldwin attributes much of the company’s success to her employees and the relationship she shares with them.Prior to Russound, Ms. Baldwin was CFO of S&H Precision Mfg. Co., Inc., a sheet metal fabricator for the telecommunications industry based in Portsmouth NH. S&H became a major supplier to Russound in the 1970s and eventually moved to Newmarket in 1979. Russound relocated within the S&H facility to maximize production efficiency. Ms. Baldwin acquired Russound in 1984 and the company is now located directly across from its original S&H site on Forbes Road. Ms. Baldwin resides in Durham NH at her 17-acre tree farm. The preservation of this forested land is very important to her, and together with her neighbors, they work to protect the wildlife and environment of the community. Her love of gardening has been likened to her business style and the nurturing attention toward her employees. Ms. Baldwin’s hobbies are golf and skiing and she actively supports numerous charities including the United Way and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Close This Window |
